You have access to the pool, beach, spa, gym and valet just as a hotel guest would. In some hotels you also have access to room service.

We Love Pets! Most of our residences welcome all dogs up to 25 pounds. Please let your travel advisor know if you are travelling with a pet in advance to make sure that the residence is pet friendly. A weekly fee of $150 will be applied to your stay per pet.

Many of our residences are at the heart of south beach and offer a plethora of options to walk to. Our Guest Relations agents will be able to recommend places to visit depending on your preferences and proximity.

The main languages spoken by our team are English, & Spanish. We have many other team members that speak different languages such as Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, & French as well.

All our kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils. In additional the residence has dinnerware for the number of guest it sleeps.

Most residences have an area you can work from.

All our hotels are kid friendly. Some even have a designated area for children to gather and play. Be sure to ask your Travel Advisor!

All our residences come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, Q-tips, cotton balls, paper products, blow dryer, laundry pods and dish washer pods.
