GUEST ACCESS:

When you stay at this private residence, you have access to all hotel amenities which includes the pool, beach, spa, and gym, as well as all the restaurants. Room service is also available.



GUEST INTERACTION:

Our private concierge will be on premise to assist our guests with arrivals, departures, and any other requests they may have during their stay.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.

• Two daily spa passes are included in the rental.

• LRMB provides private concierges service for additional desires like a private chef, maid service with breakfast, a day on the boat, tours or simply just advice on where to go and what to do.

• Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are provided by and paid directly to the hotel. The rate for the mandatory final clean varies depending on the size of the residence and length of stay. Contact us for more information.

• If you book online, LRMB will require you to sign the term & conditions. The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made.

• Guests are required to send a copy of photo ID and credit card upon booking.

• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.

HOUSE RULES:

• Pets: We follow the hotels rules regarding pets. If a pet is permitted, there will be an additional refundable pet deposit required of $2,500 required.

• Check in time: 4:00pm, Check out time: 11:00am.

• Travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of total rental cost.

• Licensee acknowledges that although this rental unit may be located in, or physically connected to, a certain hotel, Licensee is renting a privately-owned residence, which is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with or by the hotel.
