This is a private residence located within the trendy W Hotel located at 2201 Collins Ave. The W is a hotel you never have to leave. They house Wall Lounge, Mr. Chow, Dutch and their lobby bar Living Room which is always buzzing on the weekends.

Separate 1 bedroom plus den, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony. 1026 ft² (95m²)

Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs (just as a hotel would).
Entertainment amenities within the unit include LCD TVs, DVD players, Cable, high-speed wireless Internet.

GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our private residence you can indulge in the wonderful hotel amenities which include the pool, service on the white sand beaches, Bliss Spa and spacious gym.
GUEST INTERACTION:
Our private concierge will be on premise to assist our guests with arrivals, departures, and any other requests they may have during their stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Parking is Valet at regular hotel valet rate.
Stays of 6 days or more will require 1 mid-stay clean to maintain the quality of the unit unless traveling with your own staff.
LRMB provides private concierges service for additional desires like a private chef, maid service with breakfast, groceries, a day on the boat, tours, tickets, tables reservations or simply just advice on where to go and what to do.
The Management Company will require you to sign the terms & conditions within 48 hours of booking. The reservation will be considered pending until the contract is returned along with a copy of your identification and the CC used to book the unit. The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made.
